Enjoy Pilates Private Sessions and Mat Pilates with or Without a Group

Not everyone is comfortable working out in groups. Maybe you don’t have much time and need to come in at odd hours, or perhaps you’re new to working out and just want specialized attention. Whatever your needs are, I’m happy to help you with them at The Pilates Babe. I offer Pilates private sessions as well as mat Pilates and more.

When you come to your first session, we’ll talk about your fitness goals. Do you just want to get in your workout time each week? Do you want to work on stamina or strength? Let’s work together to help you reach your fitness goals. We’ll work one-on-one in each session you book, so that we can guarantee that you’re getting the most out of your time.

Mat Pilates is another option that you may like. The session is 55 minutes long, giving you time to warm up, work out and cool down. You can have private or duo sessions. We’ll work on your core, flexibility and more, so that you feel that you’ve gotten a full workout. You can book session by session or one at a time, so you can choose the type of session that you’re in the mood for. Get one-on-one attention, come with a friend or work out with a group.
